He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadows of the Almighty. Greetings to our friends in Christ.

The last week of February we were blessed by a visit from our Brother Bob Malcom and his friend, Dr. Debora Christ. Dr. Debora is a longtime dentist who came to help our community. In four days, she cleaned teeth, did extractions, and distributed tooth care supplies to many of our children. The impact of their visit drew more people to our services. Dr. Deborah was truly a blessing and we thank God for her care.

We love you and have heard about the suffering and deaths in much of the world so far. We remind you that our comfort is in Christ. We invite you to go to Psalm 91 and rediscover his promises.

Of course, Haiti has now been touched by the great pandemic. One good thing about it is that the political turmoil has died down considerably. Haiti’s borders are now closed and our schools have shut down. RCM is mobilizing to educate the community on sanitary precautions a well as doing some basic health care checks and giving out children’s multivitamins.

RCM is still steadfast to God’s call. We are anxiously inquiring about each of you during this world crisis. Please, go to info@RCMHaiti.org and tell us how God’s faithfulness works for you.

Please consider supporting RCM financially. Like the rest of the world, we need masks, gloves and sanitary supplies. And, we're still trying to get our roof up!

In the Lord,
Leosthene Francois

A word from your editor . . .
The virus has reached our brothers and sisters in Haiti. They do not have much of a healthcare system to collapse. They don’t have Amazon to order online. They don’t have Kroger’s to do a click-it grocery order. Without an open market, people would go hungry. They can’t put their church services online. Even if they could, not many people have the ability to watch a podcast. Sanitation is abysmal. People depend on social interaction, each other, for day-to-day survive. With schools closed and nothing to do, children gather to play. We fear this virus will sweep over them like a tidal wave, taking a fearsome toll. Remember them in your prayers!
